1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CloudCareerLabs (including our mock exams, command-line terminal simulators, Kubernetes manifest generators, and YAML syntax validators), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using our resources immediately.
2. Intellectual Property & Usage License
All content on CloudCareerLabs—including text, questions, simulator configurations, algorithms, mock console layouts, and SVG charts—is owned by CloudCareerLabs and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these resources for personal, educational, and preparation purposes. You may not: - Scrap or clone questions for commercial use. - Redistribute our terminal scripts or simulator engines without express permission. - Rebrand any tools (such as the manifest builder) as your own.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
CloudCareerLabs is an independent training portal. We are NOT affiliated, endorsed, or partnered with AWS (Amazon Web Services), CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or HashiCorp. All simulators are provided "as-is" without warranty. While we strive to match the blueprints, we do not guarantee that passing our mock exams ensures success in official certification exams.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CloudCareerLabs, its creators, or partners be liable for any damages (including loss of data, system downtime, or failed certifications) arising from the use or inability to use our terminal simulators or developer tools.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international copyright principles and the local laws of the platform creators, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
